My profile

Customers see your name, photo and a few words about you in their vault before you visit. A friendly face makes a first visit feel much less like meeting a stranger.

Photo

?
A clear head-and-shoulders photo works best. It's cropped to a square automatically.

Tip: customers read this before you visit. Say if you are happy around their dogs and cats, so they needn't shut them away.

How customers reach you

Your own number and email, shown in your customers' vaults as "Call" and "Email" buttons. Leave a box empty to show the company one instead.

Where your day starts

What this is for: the Diary uses it to show your drive from home to your first appointment, between customers, and back home after your last, so you can see whether a day really fits. Only you and your managers can see it. Customers never do. A postcode is enough: no house number needed.

Your maps app

Which app opens when you tap Navigate on a job. Saved on this phone straight away, so set it once on each phone you use.

Your intro video

A short hello for customers to watch in their vault before you visit. 30 to 60 seconds is plenty: who you are and what to expect.

A share link from YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive or similar works too. It must start with https://. Uploads can be up to 50 MB (MP4, MOV or WebM).

Your designs

Add up to 12 pictures of designs you are proud of. Customers see them in their Vault under "Some of your name's designs", so they know the kind of work you do. Add a short caption, such as "Orangery in Barnsley". These save as you go, no need to press Save profile.

Brands you work for

Tick every brand you work for. Customers see this on your profile, so they know who you are whichever brand they called. If you work across all of them, tick the first box. Leave everything unticked and customers are told nothing. This does not change what you can open in the app.

Pets at the visit

Tick the pets you are happy to have around while you work. Customers see a friendly note on their page: if you are not happy with some, it politely asks them to keep those out of the way. Leave everything unticked and untouched to say nothing.
