What every customer sees in their vault, besides their own project: how to reach you, your review rating, a few customer comments and the common questions. Nothing appears until you add it (apart from the built-in questions).
Only admins can edit this.
How to reach you
Review rating
Only enter what is true and current, exactly as shown on the review site. All four boxes are needed or no rating is shown.
Customer comments
Up to six. Only use comments the customer has given you permission to share. A first name or initials and a town is plenty.
Brands
Shown to the customer before the visit, for their own brand only. Say what the brand does and how it works. Brochures are one per line as Title | link. Use the upload box below to put the PDFs into The Vault; the link then fills in by itself. A line can also be an https address to a PDF.
Pick all 30 in one go (they are recognised by their file name and go to the right brand), or choose the folder they are in. Then press Save.

Awards and recognition
Shown under "Standards we are held to". One per line as Title | a sentence or two. Up to six. When we win, change the title to "Winner" and say so.
How long it takes

Up to twelve. These replace the built-in questions, which are shown below if you have not saved your own.
